Holly L. Mannillo

I am a proud life-long resident of Western New York and mom of three.

After graduating from SUNY Binghamton, I obtained my law degree from SUNY Buffalo Law School and went to work in general practice. Shortly thereafter, I started my career in the area of Workers’ Compensation Law, representing both injured workers and insurance carriers. Working on both sides of the table gave me great experience, but I found working for clients who have been affected by workplace injuries to be the most fulfilling. I have been a part of the Dolce Panepinto team since 2013, representing injured workers before the Workers’ Compensation Board.

I am a co-chair of the Workers’ Compensation Alliance, a political action committee that works to pass legislation to help injured workers throughout the state. In my term as co-chair, I have written legislation, met with legislators to advise them on the needs of injured workers, and testified before the NYS Senate labor committee.

I am also a regional director of the Injured Workers’ Bar Association and give an annual presentation on Appellate Division cases in the area of workers’ compensation.

At Dolce Panepinto, I am happy to continue to advocate for hard working men and women who have suffered work-place injuries and make sure that each of my clients obtain the benefits that they deserve.
