Rene Juarez

I started my legal career as a prosecutor at the Erie County District Attorney’s Office. During my time there, I helped victims of crimes obtain the justice they deserved. The numerous cases I prosecuted involved victims who were injured, physically or financially, by defendants who broke the law. When I left to do civil work, I chose the only path that made sense to me, representing victims who had been injured by no fault of their own. I began to work as a plaintiff’s attorney, representing injured people and helping them obtain compensation from the insurance companies and corporations who broke safety rules.

Throughout my time representing injured people, I have consistently heard clients express frustration with insurance companies and corporations who deny any wrongdoing or do not want to fairly compensate them for their injuries. These faceless corporations do not care about the harm they cause, and that is why they must be held accountable.

I am originally from Texas, received my undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and graduated from the Western New England University School of Law. I currently live in Buffalo’s west side with my wife and two boys.

I focus my practice on people injured in motor vehicle collisions, falls, and construction accidents.
