Sean E. Cooney

Sean Cooney is a Partner at Dolce Panepinto. PC where he handles primarily NYS Labor Law claims arising from workplace and construction accidents.

He earned his undergraduate degree from Saint Louis University, then moved to Western New York to attend law school at the State University of New York at Buffalo. During his time as a law student, he was fortunate to join Dolce Panepinto as a law clerk in 2005, where he then continued his career as an associate attorney after admission to the bar.

As an associate, he fought for clients against insurance companies as a trial attorney in many different types of cases. He has achieved settlements for many of the firm’s injured clients from the Finger Lakes, Rochester, and Buffalo areas. Cooney continues to represent clients across New York State, achieving significant recoveries in a wide range of cases. In 2013, he proudly became a partner here at Dolce Panepinto.
