Dolce Panepinto Announces Aaron Gorski as Newest Partner
We are excited to announce that Aaron Gorski has been named a Partner at Dolce Panepinto, effective June 2025.
Aaron has been an integral part of the firm for years, having first joined as a law clerk in 2014 while attending Capital University Law School. After graduating in 2016, he gained valuable trial experience as an Erie County Assistant District Attorney where he prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases.
In November 2019, Aaron returned to Dolce Panepinto as an attorney and has built a reputation as a highly skilled litigator and trusted advocate for both injured workers and accident victims. Known for his effectiveness in depositions, motion practice and courtroom proceedings, Aaron combines legal precision with a calm, approachable demeanor that earns the confidence of both clients and colleagues alike.
Aaron has successfully recovered millions of dollars for his clients, including recent settlements of $750,000, $725,000, $600,000 and a particularly meaningful $460,000 settlement for a professional violinist whose injury ended her career. He has handled hundreds of cases, consistently delivering results for those who need it most.
Aaron’s commitment to justice is rooted in his upbringing. One of five children, he was raised by a Marine Corps Captain and former Erie County Executive and a devoted stay-at-home mother. Their example taught him the values of discipline, accountability and service—principles that continue to guide his practice today.
A graduate of St. Francis High School, SUNY Buffalo and Capital University Law School, Aaron also spent time working in the construction industry, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges faced by blue-collar workers—a perspective that drives his passion for personal injury law.
