Minors With Social Media Addiction
Evidence has emerged that certain social media platforms mat have been designed in ways that encourage compulsive use among minors, while downplaying the risks of psychological injury. Dolce Panepinto is actively reviewing claims on behalf of the affected families.
Who Is Eligible
Basic Requirements for Minors with Social Media Addiction:
- Currently 20 years old or younger
- Has/had a social media account as a minor on one of these social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, or YouTube
- Used/uses one of these social media platforms daily for longer than three months
Accepted Injuries
- Anorexia Nervosa (AN)
- Bulimia Nervosa (BN)
- Other eating disorders
- Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD)
- Suicidal ideation
- Attempted suicide
- Self-harm
- And other serious mental health conditions (reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
